Soooo many options where do I start! Eat this food don’t eat this, exercise BUT not to much or only low impact BUT high impact is good if you use one of those apps and only do it for 10 minutes a day. Yoga, gym, walking, running, meditation, visualization. Let’s just say I think we are all on a bit of information overload with health, so I have decided to speak to some experts, share some interviews and have a bit of a download about it all to see if we can work out what makes sense in your life.
